For ESM put switch to 'Float'. For PM5 put switch to 'Stage 3'

This open charger can be used on all CEC units. May need slight adjustment on the fixing points on older models

If you are using this on a ESM2000 make sure the small switch on the side is
pointing at "FLOAT" not 3 stage.

Terminal TB1 - 230V live input.
Terminal TB2 - 230V neutral
Terminal TK2 - earth
Terminal TB6 - 12v positive output
Terminal TB7 - 12v negative.

What is the replacement plug in battery charger required? The existing one is behind the control panel, plug in systems LTD of Hull
The replacement charger is our part 135602. You will need to dismantle the metal box, by drilling out the rivets, to install the new charger.
The 12v system in my Bessacarr cameo 2004, has failed, the ESM2004 charging unit has caused 2 new leisure batteries to fail in a year. Is it a better long term solution to fit the replacement module you suggest for the ESM 2000 or fit a separate intelligent charger like the sergeant px300 or equivalent
The printed circuit board for the ESM charger has been improved over the years and your easiest solution is to replace the circuit board into your existing unit, our ref. 135602.
Hi Tom I own a swift Conqueror 645 lux, the battery charger & the transformer have both stopped working it is a esm 2000, would the PCB plug-in systems PM5 & esm (product Ref 135602) fit existing wiring or would it require other plugs. hopeful Tony Fisher.
Yes, part 135602 should be OK for your charger and should be a direct replacement. You will need to drill out rivets to access the charger.
I have a ESM2000 ,but it has stopped charging the battery ,is there a part I can buy from you
You will most likely need to replace the transformer, our ref. 135602

Having fitted this replacement unit to my ESM2000 power supply I am very Pleased with the outcome.It was easy to install,just had to lengthen the Earth wire and it fitted nicely.Very pleased with the service and it was well packaged. Thanks.

My ESM-2000 Power supply module had failed, this replacement unit fitted nicely to the existing mounts. I had to re-route some of the wiring and replace the Earth lead with a longer wire. Otherwise very easy to install, the added benefit of the cooling fan will help protect the unit during my long trips into Spain.
