Shipping starts at £3.99 and the prices quoted are for the packing & postage of the items.  These are explained below.

We have had to increase the prices of some pallet deliveries, the prices of pallet companies have increased dramatically and even with the increased prices, we lose money on every shipment.

Unfortunately from 1st January 2021 we have had to increase prices into Republic of Ireland due to new customs charges.  Please note, if your order is less than 150 Euros we have to pass on the IOSS charge of £2.50 that we incur.

Type Description
Royal Mail * The package will be sent by Second Class Royal Mail unless requested by the customer. This should take one-two working days to be delivered after dispatch in England, Wales & Southern Scotland.  Other areas should receive the package 2-3 days after dispatch.  This is not guaranteed to arrive in this time frame.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 The package will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48hour service. This service normally delivers within 2 working days but can take upto 3 working days in mainland England, Wales & Scotland. Please note that it may take up to 4 days in some areas of the Scottish Highlands & Islands.  Once dispatched from us here, you will be sent an email with a link to be able to track your package. If you have provided a mobile phone number you will also receive a SMS with a delivery confirmation.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 /DPD / Parcel Force / DHL / Fedex* The package will be sent by DPD, Parcel Force, DHL, Fedex or Royal Mail Tracked 24. It is guaranteed to get to you by 5pm, the first working day after dispatch in England, Wales & Southern Scotland.  Other areas will receive the package 2 days after dispatch.  Please note that it may take up to 4 days in some areas of the Scottish Highlands & Islands.  Once dispatched from us here, you will be sent an email with a link to be able to track your package. On the morning that the package is due to be delivered, if you have given us an email address, you will be sent an email/sms with an estimated arrival window of 1 hour from DPD/Parcel Force or a day of arrival from Royal Mail/Fedex/DHL. DPD/Parcel Force have said that more than 95% of their deliveries reach customers in this 1 hour window. If you have not given us an email address you can view this information on the DPD/Parcel Force/Fedex/DHL site using the tracking number that we send you.
Tuffnels* The package will be sent by Tuffnels Next Day. In most cases it will get to you by 5pm, the first working day after dispatch in England, Wales & Southern Scotland.  Other areas will receive the package 2 days after dispatch.  Please note that it may take up to 4 days in some areas of the Scottish Highlands & Islands.  Once dispatched from us here, you will be sent an email with a link to be able to track your package. On the morning that the package is due to be delivered, if you have given us an email address, you will be sent an email saying that the delivery will occur during that day.
Palletways* The package will be sent by Palletways Next Day. In most cases it will get to you by 5pm, the first working day after dispatch in England, Wales & Southern Scotland.  Other areas will receive the package 2 days after dispatch.  Please note that it may take up to 4 days in some areas of the Scottish Highlands & Islands.  Once dispatched from us here, you will be sent an email saying that it has been dispatched.

Please note that price of the pallet is determined by your postcode. We have tried to standardise prices as much as possible and almost always charge less than it costs us to send the pallet.

Pallet deliveries are classed as "doorstep" deliveries and drivers are not normally insured to help any further than this.


* This only includes England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Mann, Scilley Isles, Scottish Islands & Highlands.

Important Points

  • Please note that in some circumstances, particular products will need to be sent on a pallet or are a strange shape/size. If this is the case then these products will have an individual calculated price on their product page. This is explained in the delivery details in the particular product page.
  • Price for each shipping cost is determined by adding the weight / sizes of all the items in your basket together.
  • Each courier has it's own rules including postcode surcharges, and size/weight restrictions. When you add items into your basket, the most cost effective method is selected automatically. Leisureshopdirect.com uses Royal Mail for lighter items, Mid-sized are sent by a Next-day Courier (DPD / Parcel Force / Royal Mail Tracked). Then for any heavier/larger items we use Tuffnels & Palletways for Pallets. This is to provide the cheapest price to our customers.  If a package price is above £75 in value then the shipping will default to Courier.  This is to ensure that we are able to track the items after dispatch. Some products may push the courier price up due to their size and/or weight or if you are in a surcharge postcode area for the chosen items.
  • The estimated arrival times are taken directly from information provided by our couriers. These are estimates only, Leisureshopdirect are not responsible if this varies.
  • If a package is returned to Leisureshopdirect because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the carriage is not refundable.
  • For international orders, most are shown at checkout. However, some items may require us to quote on an order by order basis.
  • If your parcel has been sent by Royal Mail and you haven’t received it then please first contact your local sorting office before contacting us. Royal Mail DO NOT always leave a card at your delivery address and will hold on to the package at the sorting office for up to 2 weeks before returning it to us. If your package was sent by Royal Mail then they do not class a package as lost until 15 working days after dispatch and we cannot resend a package until this time has elapsed.   • If your package is sent by DPD or Royal Mail Tracked you will be sent a tracking number in the dispatch email so that you can track your package.
  • If a package is returned to us for any reason then we will contact you as soon as we receive it back to us.
  • All prices shown include VAT.

Returns Policy

If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it. Unless faulty, this should be within 30 days of receiving your order. By original condition, we’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept packaging and labels, and that the item is undamaged and unused.

My Item was damaged in transit
If you take delivery of an Leisureshopdirect.com package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you will need to report the damage to us within 24-48 hours of receipt of the item. Please fill in the details in the "Returning an Unwanted/Faulty/Damaged Item" section on the Help page and tick the damaged/faulty checkbox. Please provide a contact phone number and the best time to call and one of our customer service staff will phone you and discuss the return with you.

If you decide to send the package back yourself your return postage costs will be refunded but only to a maximum value of the original postage on your order.

My Item is defective
You have the right to return a faulty item to Leisureshopdirect.  Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this will be needed should there be a fault. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, you may find it quicker and easier to contact the manufacturer directly so that they can rectify the problem for you. Please fill in the details in the "Returning an Unwanted/Faulty/Damaged Item" section on the Help page and tick the damaged/faulty checkbox. Please provide a contact phone number and the best time to call and one of our customer service staff will phone you and discuss the return with you.

We sent you the incorrect item
As soon as you find out we've sent you an incorrect item, please fill in the details in the "Returning an Unwanted/Faulty/Damaged Item" section on the Help page. We will then contact you to arrange the return. You will not be charged for return postage.

If you (the customer) decide you no longer want the item
Items ordered incorrectly by the customer can be returned at the customers cost. Please fill in the in the "Returning an Unwanted/Faulty/Damaged Item" section on the Help page and select "You ordered incorrectly / Other" checkbox. Once received in original condition (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) the full cost of the product(s) will be refunded back onto the customer’s card minus a handling charge of £2.50. No handling fee will be charged for damaged, faulty or items received which you did not order.

 Please note: As per Terms & Conditions - Where you have already received the goods, returning the goods to leisureshopdirect.com. together with the original invoice. Leisureshopdirect.com will refund you the purchase price of the goods minus a £2.50 handling charge.
