First Carry Back bag sent back as the zip was faulty - the end of one side of the zip hadn't been correctly sewn allowing the zip runner to come off the end of the zip rendering it unusable. We also bought the frame and warning board. The second replacement arrived after about 3 weeks and was found to be ok. Cannot give the product more than 3 stars as concerned about the tension on the zip when the bag is loaded and the purchased additional frame makes the whole thing a bit tight when trying to close the top. Time will tell if the Carryback is serviceable but not convinced that the zip will continue to operate and close the bag.
