Winter Warmer Leaves Me Cold....

I thought this would be ideal for the current cold weather, however the fuel rod does not stay lit (even if you burn it half an inch down) and the warmer only heats up to a very moderate level. Sure, it's cheap enough, but you would be definitely better off spending a bit more and buying something which works more effectively.
