Good afternoon, I don't usually send feedback to company's I do business with. But on this occasion your service was exceptional. I purchased a thermocouple eight months ago which was dispatched to Spain in a matter of days. When I was back in the UK it became faulty. I was sent a Royal Mail e mail that the post office could scan for the item return, and I was given the choice of replacement or credit. I really cannot fault the service Leusureshopdirect provides. Lisa took my order over the phone & was helpful & patient (I wasn’t sure I was ordering the correct part – sometimes product photos on web pages aren’t 100% accurate). My order arrived Monday afternoon (after a helpful Txt pinpointing courier delivery time to an hour’s window). I needn’t have worried – the part was exactly as per the photo and, when I fitted it, the fire was up & running again. Excellent service. Excellent communication. Part of my last order was out of stock but I was not desperate and willing to wait. I was periodically informed of my order status. Then I was due to be away and a quick e-mail requesting that a dispatch date be delayed until I returned. The e-mail was immediately acknowledged. The now complete order was then dispatched on my date of return. I was notified of an hour slot for delivery and hey presto the goods arrived within that hour. So impressed that I've just fired off another order for the Thetford fresh up kit instead of visiting my local caravan outlet.

Just wanted to let you know what a great service I have just received. I wanted to replace these broken caps but a search on Ebay revealed nothing. Contact with half a dozen caravan parts suppliers resulted in a dead end. Next was a search on Google and hey presto there was the information I was looking for from your company. A quick click on the link provided took me directly to the page in your shop.All the technical data was there including a photo and within a minute both parts were ordered. That was at nearly 4:00 o'clock on Monday. A confirmation email was received immediately, and the next day another email to inform me the parts were being posted 1st class on Tuesday. The postman arrived this morning with my order and wthin 20 minutes the parts were fitted. Now that is what I call service (especially on an obscure part). I recently purchased a replacement mechanism for my Remis Remitop Vario rooflight. It arrived promptly within the 1 hour timeframe specified on their email. Part of the mechanism had no instructions, and after contacting Leisure Shop, their technical guy called back as promptly as promised, admitted he had no direct knowledge of my problem, and promised to call back again. This he did after about 45mins. He'd taken the trouble to get the item from stock, dismantled it to find out how it worked, reasssembled it and worked out how to make the required adjustment with minimum effort which he explained to me clearly over the phone. Very very pleased, especially since their price was by far and away the best I found.

Excellent service from Leisureshopdirect - received Propex 10litre water heater when they said we would. We had no water heater at all in our caravan and decided upon this one, having read other reviews and having considered the size of the product..We only have small caravan so are restricted for space. Very pleased we did. As promised by the makers the heater was very easy to fit, came with all the fitments we needed and within four hours the heater was installed and working. Rather than simply review the product I bought from you recently, I would like to mention the fantastic service from Tom in your technical department. Not only did he work out which replacement gas burner would work with my fairly old fridge (whose usual part is no longer in production), he then dashed over to get the item in the post at 4.00pm so it could catch that evening’s post, despite the deadline for postage long having passed by. The burner arrived next day – my gas fitter was able to repair the fridge on the Friday so my husband and I were still able to head off on holiday on the Saturday morning. Absolutely brilliant. The fridge works much better and runs colder than before now it has a new burner. I will definitely be recommending you to all my friends.

We telephoned a local company that could have provided the glass top for us but they just didnt seem interested. Despite my many phone calls. So my husband found your company on the internet & we decided to order the gass and fix it ourselves. We ordered on sunday late afternoon, the glass was delivered by tuesday. I would like to thank you for the service I have received from your company over the last week. Firstly it was recommended to me by Autrotrail that you may be able to help me obtain a small part I needed for the Thetford fridge in my Autotrail Scout. I tried your web site but not being very IT efficient I got lost along the way (my lack of skills entirely not the lay-out of the site), I did however come across your contact telephone number and duly called. A very helpful gentleman soon sorted things for me and the order was placed for 2 thermistors - as this part had failed twice before and been replaced by the dealer I felt a spare might be wise this time. I was informed there was one in stock but the next supply should be in on Friday so the order would be sent out then. I then received daily up dates via e-mail as to progress of my order and on Saturday received the parts in the post. One is now fitted and the fridge is now cooling nicely,

I wish to thank all of your staff for a first class service, one of the best customer services I have ever had the privilege to experience. I know there was a slight delay in the order being dispatched, that was not an issue, due to the valuable updates I received. I hate it when there is a lack of information. Just to say thank you very much for sending out a replacement bell so promptly having called Friday to report that the original ordered one had been delivered broken.
