I ordered this item after buying a used Campervan which had the Spinflo oven grill pan but no handle. Leisure shop direct had the handle at a good price & although I had to wait a while for the order to arrive due to a delay with their supplier, I was really happy with the customer service. I did email at one point & the staff got back to me straight away to advise that they anticipated receipt of the item soon & it would be sent right out to me. Within a week or so, I received my goods. It is exactly what I needed & now makes the grill pan so much easier to use
