Second Shelf For Aspire Oven

The shelf is identical to the 1 original shelf which came with the oven, so is of excellent quality. However, why does the manufacturer only include 1 oven shelf with a new oven? How many domestic ovens arrive with only 1 shelf? I believe it's a way of getting more money out of us. This is not a reflection of "LeisureShopDirect Ltd" who have always given me excellent service.
