The thick, refrigeration grade foam insulation and 'Labyrinth Seal Design' feature contribute to longer lasting ice. The Dometic Cool-Ice series comprises a total of seven model versions with capacities ranging from 13 to 110 litres. The two handy compact coolers, WCI-13 and WCI-22, feature practical carrier straps. The next larger models are fitted with sturdy, ergonomic handles, which can be folded 180 degrees to allow convenient transport by one or two persons. The recessed areas for the handles also integrate fastening points which can be used to tie the boxes down for safe and secure transport. Smooth curves and fully integrated hinges make the coolers easy to stow.

A definite highlight about the new coolers is the so called labyrinth seal in the lid. This highly efficient, food-proof sealing effectively keeps the warm air out. The recess in the lid combined with the bulge in the wall of the box gives a particularly tight seal.
