Good service from Leisureshopdirect, arrived promptly. These joints seem to be the weakest part of the Isabella/Ventura framework and the small tabs that fit the bayonet are easily damaged. Well worth keeping spares in the caravan and at these prices very good valuer. I just wish Isabella would come up with a more robust linkage why not a simple push in like the rest of the frame? Rating reflects poor Isabella design.

The "ears" on my original awning pole bayonets had snapped off. A possible weakness in the design. The replacements were easy to fit.

these parts are needed to keep the awning poles in place, and they work great.
Due to the wind this season they were caught by the wind and flew over the top of my Caravan and damaged all three bayonet fittings so I bought new ones from your site.
the parts were from Isabella, and there reference no. is 131862.
there are no dislikes, just keep up your super standard
