We had managed to break both the original plastic clips on the fridge so bought this kit as a replacement . It seemed quite expensive but when it arrived it turned out the clips are metal not plastic so will last forever so really pleased with them.

The most notable aspect of this replacement Dometic catch is that it is now made of metal, so is virtually unbreakable. Well done Leisure Direct for sourcing this.

These are metal fridge hold closed catches compared to the original plastic. Well worth the money as without the catches the fridge will not stay closed. The included screw and washers mean a smooth operation once installed. No instructions as to which order to put the washers so I fitted the white dished washer against the existing hinge bracket, then the new catch and then the grey dished washer and finally the screw.

Needed to replace 2 old broken plastic catches so these metal ones will do a better long lasting job. I would have liked a choice of which sides were required, maybe sold as single items. Very easy to fit in the door frame and work perfectly.

The catch was slightly larger than the original and I had to adapt it slightly.
