Question

Hi there, trying to fit 12v Tap to camper, have +&- Feed from panel, submersible pump +&-, Tap +&-. how do I connect up. Have managed to blow micro-switch on tap so now have open circuit. Could do with some pointers before I purchase a new tap ! Thanks.

Answer

Positive from battery to one wire on tap via a 10 amp fuse. Second wire from tap to first wire on pump. Second wire from pump to battery negative.
