This Unfortunately sounds like a cooling unit failure, The freezer compartment is cooled first by the cooing pipes on the back of the fridge, so if there is a blockage between the freezer inlet and the fridge inlet then the freezer will work and the fridge will not.\r\n\r\nIt could also be a problem with the thermostat, If the freezer is working efficiently ie making ice then this is unlikely to be the problem, if however the freezer is getting cold but not cold enough to freeze ice then it could point to the thermostat.\r\n\r\nIf you follow the link below it will take you to the Dometic Spare parts page, this has a product number search section, the product number will be on the label inside you fridge and is unique to you fridge model run, this means that if you search by product number you are guaranteed to get the correct spare part\r\n\r\nDometic Link
