Once inside a water system, bacteria obtain nutrients to grow on inner surfaces secreting a protective matrix bio-film which cannot be penetrated by most biocides.
PuriSol will lift the bio-film, kill the bacteria underneath and eradicate tastes and odours.

When adding fresh water to the tank use only Aqua Sol to treat the water

I use this regulary to clean and disinfect the caravan water system. Great because is has no after taste, and does get rid of the gunge and bugs. Only problem is the duff cap. If it is tightened just a little too much the top of the cap snaps off from the rest of the housing and lets the stuff leak out. I've had three so far and the caps have all split. If you are ordering one on the net, get the sender to stick in a zip seal bag first before posting as the cap can work just loose enough to leak but not break the seal. Pity because the stuff works really well.
