Again a nice surprise to be able to buy parts for quite an old tap rather than having to buy a complete unit. Easy to fit and makes a perfect repair to the shower. Together with your usual excellent service, why would i shop elsewhere!!

as always delivery was quick. hose replacement was a bit problematic getting into the small space in my arriva 1998 bathroom. but all works well.

The Whale shower hose was an exact replacement to the worn-out and leaking original (16 years old) and was straightforward to fit.
