Whilst waiting for some backordered items from Leisureshopdirect, my tap spout sprung a leak. After emailing them, they linked this order to my original one to avoid 2 lots of postage. This item and the others arrived within 2 days. It is exactly what I needed and their detailed description allowed me to check it was the correct item before ordering. An excellent company to do business with.

The product was exactly what I wanted but could have been improved by the inclusion of a new rubber O ring which would make it easier to fit. The service and price was 5 star.

aMy original spout split (Knaus Motorhome 2008) along the seam, lasted 9 years so not bad. The spare was an exact match for the original, at a sensible price. Very pleased.

Bought to replace a Hymer Tap for my Motorhome from 2001. Clear description of the tap and quick delivery. A tight fit but as other correspondents said scrape a little inside to make it fit.

The replacement spout was excellent but I found I needed to heat it with a hairdrier to get it on my tap but then got great fit.

The service was good ant the tap arrived within the specified time. The Reich tap spout matched the existing one in the caravan externally . However it would nut push completely onto the tap fitting. A close examination revealed that the casting inside the tap was faulty. Having scraped out the inside faulty plastic with a sharp knife the tap went on easily and has a perfect seal.

This will be the second spout we've had, but the first I've purchased from Leisureshop, and I'm hoping this last longer than the last, which split along the seam close to the base. But once again, great service from Leisureshop and delivery cant be faulted.

Arrived in a very well heated bubble pack, the plastic wrapping which was extremely difficult to remove from the product.
The two pieces of the replacement spout requires a very firm persuasive force to fit together if all else fails a gentle knock with a soft hammer or wooden block, but make sure the o-ring is in place first.. Also make sure that the interior burrs are removed before hand.

Following a schoolboy error and not draining down my water system in my caravan, I managed to damage both taps. The Kama push on spouts were split and I needed to replace them. Leisureshopdirect came to my rescue and were able to source and supply the said spouts extremely quickly. I will have no doubts about using this company again and would recommend to anybody requiring spares for their caravans
