Bought the product (Thetford Cassette Dump cap) because, like others no doubt, I dropped the cap down the drain! It was a simple replacement but more importantly was the speed of service was very impressive (again). Photo in advent needs changing to show white cap (never seen white before) still it fits and does the job - which is all that matters. Thanks

I lost the original dump cap when emptying the toilet..ooppss!! So,I have bought this replacement.Its a different colour but fits ok.it was delivered promptly and well packed.Excellent service as always.

I went one better than Mr Gilmore (above) and watched in horror as my dump cap rolled round the rim of the emptying point before going into the pit of no return. Product arrived, as promised by the website, within a few days. Excellent service
