needed to seal a new rooflight, this is not silscon sealant but more of a mastic sealant. sealed well and was easy to smooth downwhere it had squeezed out.

Bought these for general repair jobs on caravans. Always a good repair as long as you prep the area correctly, then you should have no issues.

This sealand is fantastic, easy to use and smoth down with a white spitit coated finger. It looks good and discrete against the white bodywork of the van, added bonus to the waterproofing. Good to know it's the best on the market and at a very reasonable price. I coated up around all the roof lights in the end as a precaution against future leaks, cheaper to do now than deal with potential leaks.
Leisureshop direct were the only online retailer to have this in stock to send out immediately; and were so helpful in separating this from another ordered item so I could get it in time for the good weather we were due.

Sikaflex White Sealing Compound

This product is dead sticky, so beware as creating a bead is a bit tricky, best done with masking tape each side and then diluted washing up liquid and your finger to create a nice even bead before removing masking. excellent product, i used for re setting rear door lower viewing pane as it had popped out

I used Silkaflex 512 to seal a leak on my caravan, found it easy to use,but needs to be warm to enable it to be squeezed out of easily, otherwise a great product.

Mastic

mastic good, but received with a dent halfway down the tube(metal construction) due to the way it was packed against the sealing strip in the post i also ordered. when the mastic gun gets to that point i will either be relieved or curse i will let you know which when i refit my roof window (autosleeper mezan 2005) which should not leak. the side windows have also been refitted due to leakage two years ago. i still say liesureshop direct are the best though

All was great until Leisureshopdirect asked me to review the thing I have just bought – in this case a tube of sealant. It is a lovely long tube with a pointy bit on the end. It is better than most tubes as it is made of metal. One thing though – it takes alot of effort to pump this stuff out.
