My Experience In Misdiagnosis

Thank you for your service and supply of this product. I have already sent an email to Karen to thank her for her attention and advice - it was excellent. However it transpires that my problem was misinterpreted. The PCB was not the fault. The fault was in the valve that shuts the gas flow on and off. With no use over winter the valve had stuck and only required freeing. Expensive mistake. For your information I will include the service guides that I have received in case you do not already have them. Thanks again for your great service and attention.

Was advised by my caravan service engineer that my PCB was faulty as my Truma Ultrastore water heater kept going out after 20 mins or so, looked on the website quickly found what I wanted ordered it and it came in a few days, fitted it myself in minutes and the heater is now working as it should

My Truma water heater would not light under gas power. The unit is simply designed so with a little electrical know how easy to diagnose faults. 1st no light on the controller, replaced pcb 1.6amp fuse. 2nd no ignitor, but could manually light. Ordered PCB, result genuine pcb arrived and working heater. Good news.
