Why do I need to keep the door open for grilling?
The grill burner works efficiently with the correct circulation of gas and ambient air. Closing the door prevents the circulation of this air and can result in dangerous products of combustion.
What are the requirements for installing the cooker?
The cooker should be installaed as per the manufactures recommended installation instructions and should only be installed by competent qualified persons. Local laws should be adhered to when installing gas appliances.
Why do the knobs fall off?
There may be a flat metal retaining clip that has broken from the knob. Please contact your dealer who can replace under warranty or supply this if the appliance is outside the 3 year warranty.
What type of gas do I need?
The appliance is manufactured to be used with LPG at the correct operating pressure as outlined on your data label.
What can I do when the flame goes off after igniting the oven?

Why is the cooking appliance too hot to touch?
The appliance is manufactured to heat food and as a result certain areas will become hot. Touchable surfaces like knobs and handles should remain within a safe touchable temperature. If you are concerned about these temperatures, please contact your dealer who can measure the temperatures to ensure they are correct.
My grill doesn't appear to light in the middle.
It shouldn’t. This is the design to promote even cooking.
My grill pan handle gets hot, what can I do?
The handle is detachable. It should be removed whilst the grill is in use.
Can I change my current pan rests into cast iron pan rests?
We do not recommend modifying the appliance in anyway this includes changing the pan rests and shelves.
Is it possible to make my burners more powerful?
We do not recommend modifying the appliance in anyway.

How can I clean my cooking appliance (stainless Steel)?
Always remove any spills or contamination immediately after use with soap and hot water. Towel dry the surface with a soft cloth. Use a non-abrasive multi-purpose cream cleaner and a nylon scourer pad to clean more stubborn dirt or grease. Use a proprietary stainless steel cleaner or polish to remove superficial surface scratching.
