You will need to access the printed circuit board that is situated behind the heater at floor level. Check the continuity between the two black wires. If no continuity then temperature limiter, our ref 133316, is faulty and needs replacing. If OK then check the continuity between the green and blue wires. If no continuity then thermostat, our ref 133317 is faulty and needs replacing. If this is OK then there may be a fault with the printed circuit board itself, our part 133335, and the replacing of this may solve the problem. If not then it is possible that the heating element itself, part 137342, has broken and a new one will need to be fitted. You may need to seek the help of an electrician who will have the equipment to test the items.

Im not going to by anything more from England, because of the tax. It is almost twice the price, before I got it. So if you can find a way to sell from inside EU, it will be ok.Uffe. My caravan heater is now fine again, thankyou.

good item worked fine - however poorly identified. This could easily be mistaken for the other limit switch that sits next to it on the fire control plate. Flimsy securing wings which are easily bent - take care. Lugs can snap off if over bent or twisted - take care.

Truma gas/elec heater wouldn't work on elec. Took apart and found temp control device burned out. Replaced along with limit sensor. And O ring for flue connector.
