Easy to order and delivery was spot on. My rooflight was a victim of the high winds we have had recently and I needed a replacement quickly. Your company came up trumps for me, thank you

We keep our caravan on the drive and left the rooflight on the first catch unfortunately due to the strong winds it actually ripped off the the dome. Needed a quick replacement but couldn't find just the dome anywhere (out of stock) so ordered this, it came the next day and the dome was easy to fix on to original rooflight.

Superb piece of kit which has transformed the amount of light in our 12 year old Coachman by replacing the old and brittle diffuse style rooflights. Easy enough to fit (so long as you are brave with a Stanley knife) and very good quality.

Replaced two older roof lights. Yes they fit in the original 400mm holes, but the inside fittings were a couple of inches bigger then before so needed adjustment to inner roof lining. Not a quick job! Finished job is okay.

I bought the DOMETIC MINI HEKIPLUS ROOFLIGHT - WITH 15 SQ CM FIXED VENTILATION FOR ROOF THICKNESS 25 - 42MM as a direct replacement for a storm damaged one. Good quality and easy to fit. You need a none setting sealant which is not supplied. There are a few differwnt versions of the skylight so take care to ensure you order the right one. The job took around an hour and a half although it would take longer if you were installing from scratch and cutting a hole in your roof. The worst bit being removing the old silicone and cleaning the roof prior to installing the replacement. Access to your caravan roof is required. Tools needed are a posi screwdriver, something to pry the old skylight off without damaging the roof and something to scrape the old silicone off. The item took a while to arrive so I assume it was sourced from supplier upon order, frustrating that this isn't made a little clearer but none of the local caravan shops carried stock and at least ordering it from here meant that it was delivered to my door free of charge. In my opinion easier to do this job yourself than drag your caravan to a local repair centre.
