Excellent Replacement Part

This is perfect. It just clicks into place.... so easy. The wind had damaged the original part which caused the roof vent to open while travelling. This sorted it no bother.

I had a broken roof light catch on the small Heki vent in the bathroom. Looking for a replacement, it seemed that I would have to buy a new dome ar around £75. I went to Leisureshopdirect and found a pack of 4 replacement catches, with springs, for approx £6.50. I replaced the broken catch and now have 3 spares.

Arrived promptly, exactly as described. I bought these instead of replacing the entire rooflight. if you can use a screwdriver you can replace these. Advise you take a photo before removing so you can refer back to make sure they are fitted correctly. They seem to be better quality than the originals but only time will tell if they last well. There is another pair in the bag so, if they do break again, I have the kit to replace them. Very satisfied with the outcome and the huge saving I made by repairing the rooflight rather than replacing.

Rooflight locking pieces . Fast service, great price. Four in pack so two spares. Easy to replace the flimsy broken bits. Four screws to undo, remove unit from roof. Remove two broken bits and push in new ones. Really easy. They should be stronger or better quality but that's caravans for you!

The bathroom pop up roof light on my motorhome had snapped its locking mechanism, with bits of plastic flying everywhere. My local caravan specialist quoted me mega money for a replacement roof light to be fitted, but I came across these beauties online and thought I’d give it a go. Ordered and delivered in 48 hours as promised. 4 screws is all it takes to remove the dome and handle mechanism, slide off the old broken handle and simply slide in these replacements with the new springs, job done. 30 minutes work and £300 saved. Excellent service from Leisureshopdirect.com.

Had a small problem with a mix up of parts delivered however a quick email to support and it was sorted out professionally and friendly.

Really Easy To Replace Without Dismantling The Rooflight.

Much simpler to replace than I imagined. No need to remove or dismantle the unit, just use a small screwdriver or knife blade to ease the little barbs over on each side, you can see the action when looking from below. The internal springs will push the device out. Refitting is even easier, place both springs, (supplied) on their respective pin inside the handle, and just push them together until the barb is over the edge and holds it in place, job done.
Plus, there are 2 sets of them in the pack, one black, one grey.

I bought this product to replace the perished locking handles on my MPK roof light. Fits exactly and supplied with new springs too. Quick and easy to replace with the roof light in the open position, takes about 60 seconds, good as new again.

Easy to replace, no need to remove the hatch, just use a small screwdriver to click out the faulty catches, and the new ones click into place easily.
As per the title.....the kit provides 4 catches, so replace the catches on 2 x rooflights.
