Reich Trend Swan neck mixer tap. Combines a brass spout and lever with light plastic body parts. Hole required for mounting is 33mm diameter.

The elegant and modern Reich Trend S single lever mixer tap, combines a brass spout and lever with light plastic body parts making it ideal for caravan and motorhome use. The tap is fitted with a 360° swivelling spout, ceramic cartridge and microswitch, and temperature and water flow can be precisely controlled.

Replacement

The wire going in to the microswitch broke after eight years of light use. It is obviously a weak point. Unfortunately the whole tap had to be replaced at a cost of over £100. A microswitch would have cost a couple of pounds but it is held in place with a very strong adhesive. Reich might consider making it easier to replace!

This Reich Trend S mixer tap is perfect for the job and almost half the price quoted by the Hymer main dealer service department. Excellent speedy service as well. The previous tap had split and needed to be replaced.
