Bought this for our caravan as ours was bent so went for a heavy duty one. This is ideal. It comes semi deflated which we didn't realise until we put it on the van at the storage yard so had to bring it back to pump it up! It fitted perfectly with no issues.
This was a great price as I saw a similar product in our local caravan shop for £55.

Good quality arrived on time and well packed with plenty of protective support. Fits the one that it replaced perfectly so no need extra drilling. The galvanizing is good quality. The tyre is firm and as it's for a twin axil trailer it's not expected to take a lot of wright. I am not sure if I would have put it on a single axil trailer.

Excellent bit of kit. Using clamp MP191 we fitted it to our triple-stack boat trailer in minutes. Should have bought one years ago. Just remember to pump up the pneumatic tyre before you use it. If you have difficulty getting your pump to fit on the valve, let the tyre down a bit. You will then be able to rotate the hub to a better position.

Just check the load required. At service it was spotted that the wheel wasn't sting enough for our caravan. Not a fault of the product but do check before purchase. We ignored that and just kept the old solid wheel just in case. It didn't fail on us.

This has transformed my boat trailer, I'm now able to maneuver it on our gravel driveway on my own by hand which was near impossible with the original smaller solid jockey wheel.
Its solidly made with a good clamp and quality winding mechanism.
I had to drill through my very wide section draw bar to attach but fitting was straightforward.
The tyre arrived nearly flat and I had to buy a small old fashioned cycle pump to inflate it (the one with a screw on flexible extension) for a few pounds, as a conventional car or cycle pump with a bulky valve attachment won't attach with the small space where the valve is on this wheel.

I have quite a bit of experiance with caravans and trailers . I was looking for this jocky wheel to replace a a small wheeled one that did not wind up or down, I am getting to old to lift trailer draw bars up and down also I needed the largest wheel type I could get as my recently aquired boat trailer wil often be on sand and gravel, a small wheel just digs itself in. After quite a bit of searching, Maypole was the cheapest. delivery was quick and cheap (to the Highlands) compared with other suppliers. i can recomend this wheel and the supplier.

We are fortunate that we have a good neighbor, with a large driveway area, that is happy to put her garden rubbish in our trailer as payment for keeping it there. It's one of the larger trailers you can buy for home use, will carry ten bags of sand and 10 blocks and still not complain, but my arms do when trying to uncouple from the car.
With a mounting kit from the same make/supplier, and with the trailer coupled to the car, took about ten minutes to fit. Doing it when connected to the car, means you can see where best to attach, so that it is out of the way. You will need to pump the tyre up, the valve is a bit fiddly to get to, but worked with an electric pump.
Whether the trailer is loaded to go down to the dump, or with a load of building material from the builders merchant, NO more straining arms to uncouple/couple. Wind the handle to raise the trailer, easy peasy, pull to the towball, and a few more turns sees it safely coupled. Wind the wheel up so the the wheel bars slot into the casing, slacken the catch and raise the wheel casing up out of the way, retighten the catch, all done. The tyre is also good enough to make pushing or pulling the loaded trailer easy as well.
If you need a jockey wheel for a normal household size trailer, then this is a good buy. Well made, easy to use, looks strong and up-to-the-job. A happy man without aching arms, recommend.

Bought this to replace a damaged wheel on my Erde trailer. Works perfectly. Only gripe is the winding handle is a little long and a bit tricky to wind into lock position when the wheel is raised.

I have a caravan with a motor mover on it the jockey wheel used to get stuck in the stones in the Centre of the drive and drag, not any more with this wheel it just rolls on the stones. Took about 3 minuets to fit it went on the old bracket, the only thing I would say is check the pressure as it came with only 10psi.

Read somewhere that pneumatic wheel makes it easier to move caravan on grassy surfaces. It was effective during this wet summer. Used electric mover with this wheel. A good buy and glad I made the change to this type of wheel

I bought the jockey wheel in March 2012, I subsequently had a problem with the tyre. I contacted the seller explaining the problem. They got staight back to me with an assurance that a replacement would be despatched asap. I recieved the replacement within the week. Thanks for a great after sales service. The Jockey wheel is now in place and I expect long service from it.
