Found jockey wheel on Leisure Shop Direct, and shown as out of stock! Leisure Shop gave a date for new stock and advance order placed. The wheel was dispatched on the morning of stated restock, and delivered the very next day! Terrific service!!

Returned the first jockey wheel,due to the tread ripping off the wheel after using it twice.
Customer service were excellent, Returned the wheel,and had a new wheel within a week.
I will be using the caravan next week, so the jockey wheel will be tested then.

Don't know why this size off wheel is fitted by "Bailey"caravans, it is far too large in diameter, my car is fitted with detachable "Witter" towbar, but with the jockey wheel raised the bottom of the wheel is about 5inches from the ground.

Purchased to replace the original which was badly worn on our 2009 caravan it is an identical replacement so it is easy to fit took 20 mins start to finish we used our caravan last week and the Alko jockey wheel coped very well with the various surfaces on the site

I bought it as a replacement for my damaged one in my Bailey Pageant Series 7, but it wouldn’t fit as a straight swap, I had to file about 2 or 3mms off of each side of the spindle to get the split pin into its hole in the axle shaft. Other than that it’s a great jockey wheel and works well on most surfaces.

Leisure Shop Direct cannot be faulted. Replacement Alko Soft jockey wheel located, ordered and delivered within 36hours. It does the job perfectly, replacing a puncture -prone wheel on a boat trailer. Excellent communications following purchase, with the wheel delivered exactly when indicated.

Just need a couple of M20 washers to pack out the axle but otherwise fits ok. Over priced for what it is but hopefully better than the previous jockey wheel i had which was to hard and a strain on my motor mover.

Damage Repair Or Replace?

Not long purchased a caravan and discovered that the jockey wheel was not running true. Found a large scrape marked in the tread and the centre of the wheel was cracked.
Decided to replace the ALCO wheel like for like.
The only change made was a large washer inserted on the centre pin to take up the slack.
Now all is ok.

I found that my experience with buying the Alko jockey wheel from leisures shop direct very enjoyable, the website was easy to use & the price is the cheapest o the web, the jockey wheel arrived very quick by royal mail & was packaged well. I had to buy & new wheel because the previous one disintegrated, so I bought like for like. I will definitely use leisure shop direct again.

Having tried a few types of jocky wheel the hard ,the pneumatic with its always flat when you need to move your van, so I asked Al-Ko which to use with a motor-mover and their reply was the soft wheel, so here go's fitted it to the old wheel suport had to remove 5mm each side of wheel shaft with hacksaw, which is easy as it is only hard plastic, the wheel moves well, have not used on soft ground yet but I think it will do well.

The service from Leisureshopdirect was excellent with extremely quick delivery. The Alko wheel is exactly the same as the one it's replacing from the same manufacturer and therefore expensive. Since the one it's replacing has failed I can't say that I have total confidence in it, however this is not the fault of Leisureshopdirect whom I would recommend to anyone.

It's round, it works - what more can I say = ITS A WHEEL. Except for the fact it is three or four times the price of other wheels because with the Alko system you have to buy this wheel so they have the monopoly.
