This Remis Spring Mechanism designed to fit a 20 mm roller tube. I need a spring mechanism to fit a 10 mm roller tube. The roller in question is out of a Hobby caravan, and is a smaller kitchen window. The dimensions of the roller are 10 mm x 745 mm and has net at the top and a concertina section coming up from the bottom, joined together by a connecting clip. DO YOU HAVE A 10 mm SPRING MECHANISM PLEASE?

Hi my skylight has these no's written on it. REMIS PMMA V-x/b 43R-002220 I am not sure what model this is?? It was replaced a year ago due to storm damage
size poss 900x600 the hexagonal shaft from the handle to the gearbox has snapped so I need a replacement. I have looked at your manuals ,if I remove the circlip on the top can I just replace it with a new shaft and new circlip without taking gearbox apart I look forward to your reply david Howe

I have a chausson allegro 97 motorhome which has a remis vario rooflight, when trying to wind up it keeps jumping the gears and when closing it doesn't close completely because it jumping gears. Do i need a new gearbox or complete mechanism

A Remistar rooflight is fitted over the Lounge of my motorhome. The electric motor will open the roof normally (jumping a notch at times), but when trying to close, the closing is very slow (to stop), accompanied by a "jump" noise (like missing a gear notch). I have had to close the rooflight using the winder handle on more than one occasion.
Is this likely to be a failing motor (which opens ok !) or is it more likely to be the gearbox or the driving mechanism failing ?
Your advice would be appreciated so i may buy the appropriate replacement parts from you..

The metal rod connecting the plastic winding handle to the raising mechanism on my remis rooflight has snapped. Can this item be replaced? Number 10023932 is printed on the rooflight - is this an identification/model number?

We have a 2004 Adria Adora and the plastic surround on the flyscreen has become brittle on two of the rooflights. Do you know what make they might be? as they are not marked & are an unusual size.
