twin whale kitchen tap for 1997 ABI dalesman. Tap runs on after tap is closed or if another tap in the van is opened. Are there any adjustments/ replacement parts for this item or is a new tap required.
If you have the Whale Elegance taps fitted then their is a service kit available, our ref. 133273. It is likely that the rubber tap valve has perished allowing water to flow even when turned off.
Hi Tom, I have an Avondale Pearl Custom (still usable and in good condition), the sink taps, 2 whale taps fitted to the vertical surface are leaking. Will the Whale Elegance Service Kit AK5030 help to cure the leak?
It depends where the leak is coming from. If there is a crack in any of the plastic components then the service kit will not repair. If, however the tap is leaking from the spout when the tap is turned off then the service kit should solve this problem.

I am sorry but I have not used the sevice kit, It's like having a toothache when you get to the Dentist you have no PAIN,
Well it's like the tap in the kitchen in our van it was leaking & when i received the Whale Service kit, yes you know whats coming THE LEAK STOPED But I have the service kit to hand now so when we use our van next if the tap plays up then it's OUT WITH IT.
