Have a look at our diagram. As you can see, heights and other caravan measurements have not been included, as the size of your caravan cover will strictly be a matter of length. As mentioned above, leave out the A-frame, but include the gas locker in your measurement, tracing a straight line with your measuring tape from your foremost to your rearmost point on the caravan, including any permanent exterior fixtures. Some caution should be taken to give your caravan cover sizing a bit of leeway. Make allowance for satellite dishes or other equipment mounted on the caravan, but also opt for the smaller cover option if your caravan is between sizes.
Measuring for a Motorhome Cover

To find the length of the cover you need, measure your motorhome parallel to the ground.
