Carver Cascade Caravan Water Heater

The Mk 2 Cascade caravan water heater was fitted to most British touring caravans from the mid 1980s until 2001 when the Carver were taken over by Truma UK.

Spares for these caravan water heaters are now scarce and the only items available as new are the drain screw, parts 219473 or 248272 for the older models (pre 1988), the hot water outlet 219476, the cold water inlet 228606, the safety valve 219477 and the wall switch for the Rapide model, 219478.

For the water heater with the electric heating element there is nothing left available unfortunately.

If a Cascade caravan water heater has suffered frost damage then it is normally not possible to repair and a replacement heater will need to be fitted. The Henry caravan water heater is a direct replacement, our part 224411 and this item is now made in China.

Another option is the Propex Malaga water heater but will require slightly more space : 228471 but is very popular with our customers.
